STK Mobi™ provides services through subscription plans available in 30-day, 60-day, and 90-day durations, which automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle based on the selected plan.
Service begins immediately upon activation.
You will be charged the rate stated at the time of purchase every billing cycle, typically six days prior to the renewal date. The payment method on fi le will be charged automatically to continue service unless you cancel.
There are no contracts, and cancellations may be made at any time by contacting customer support.

Customers may cancel service at any time by contacting support.
Refund Policy
STK Mobi™ TRUE PREPAID Plans automatically renew with the same plan once the allotted service has been consumed or when the billing cycle renews.
All sales become fi nal after the earliest of the following events:
- 14 days from the start of the fi rst plan cycle
- Consumption of 30 minutes, 30 text messages, or 30MB of data
After these thresholds are reached:
- Refunds will not be issued
- Transfers of funds or unused balances are not permitted
STK Mobi™ reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.
SIM Card and Network Compatibility
When purchasing service, you will receive:
- A SIM card
- Activation instructions
Customers should review the coverage map before purchasing to ensure service availability in their area.
Important Network Notice
2G and 3G services may not be available in all areas due to carrier shutdowns. STK Mobi™ recommends using 4G LTE or 5G devices with VoLTE support for the best experience.
Existing customers using older devices may continue purchasing refi lls for existing active services where supported.
All devices must support VoLTE.

Low Balance Notifications
When account balances are low or a plan is nearing expiration, customers will receive notifi cations via:
- SMS notifi cation
Customers may refi ll their account at any time to continue service.
Device Eligibility
To use STK Mobi™ service:
- Devices must be compatible with the supported wireless networks
- Devices cannot be under contract
- Devices cannot be reported lost or stolen
- Devices cannot be suspended for non-payment
3G-only devices are no longer supported.
Shipping Restrictions
STK Mobi™ does not ship outside the United States or to freight forwarders.
Orders shipped to freight forwarding services may be cancelled and refunded.

You agree to pay reasonable attorney and expert witness fees incurred in enforcing this agreement.
Limitation of Liability
STK Mobi™ is not liable for:
- Acts or omissions of third-party service providers
- Network outages or service interruptions
- Unauthorized access such as hacking or denial-of-service attacks
- Equipment failure or modification
- Loss of profits or consequential damages
Liability for service failure will not exceed the cost of the service during the affected period.
This clause survives termination of the agreement.
Rewards
Activation rewards may be provided as promotional incentives.
A “Spiff” reward applies at activation, while commissions may apply on future refills.

Returns

- Fulfillment errors
Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
Porting Out Numbers
Customers may port their number to another carrier.
Requirements:
- Account must remain active
- If porting occurs within 120 days of activation, a $19 service fee applies
Service will be terminated once the port completes.
Shipping Policy
Orders received before 2:00 PM typically ship the same business day if items are in stock.
Orders after 2:00 PM ship the next business day.
Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Taxes
Applicable taxes will be charged where required by law.
Customers are responsible for any taxes required outside the shipping state.
Carrier Recovery Fee
A Carrier Recovery Fee may be applied to recover costs related to:
- Federal and state regulatory programs
- Telecommunications relay services
- Universal service programs
- Government taxes and regulatory compliance
Plan Cycle
STK Mobi™ plans operate on 30-day billing cycles, which may be referred to as monthly plans.
Broadband Internet Plans
Broadband plans offer fl exible wireless data services.
Customers may enroll in automatic overage refi lls:
- $8 per 1GB of additional data
Unused data add-ons do not roll over.
Usage Policy
Customers are charged for all incoming and outgoing services used.
Call durations are measured from network connection to call termination and are rounded up to the nearest minute.
Certain features may result in multiple message or call charges.
Data Usage Policy
Unlimited data plans are intended for personal use only.
Prohibited uses include:
- Server hosting
- Automated data feeds
- Peer-to-peer fi le sharing
- High-volume broadcast messaging
- Activities that degrade network performance
STK Mobi™ may limit speeds, suspend service, or change plans if usage is deemed unreasonable.
Unlimited SMS Policy
Unlimited SMS is intended for personal messaging between individuals only.
Prohibited uses include:
- Business messaging
- SMS marketing
- Automated messaging systems
- Premium shortcode services
Messages are limited to 160 characters per segment.
Unlimited Voice Policy
Unlimited voice services are intended for personal conversation between individuals only.
Not permitted:
- Telemarketing
- Call centers
- Automated dialing
- Broadcasting recorded messages
Violation may result in termination of service.
Online Advertising
STK Mobi™ may use Google Ads remarketing to display relevant advertisements based on previous visits to stkmobi.com.
Cookies used for advertising do not identify personal information.
Users may opt-out through Google Ads Settings.
