Refund Policy

Cancellations / Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfi ed with your purchase of our subscription and prepaid services. If you are not satisfi ed with your service and your request is made within 14 days of activating your SIM card, STK Mobi will issue a full refund of the purchase price.

All sales become fi nal after the earlier of the following conditions:

  • 14 days after the fi rst month plan cycle begins, or
  • After consumption of 30 minutes, 30 text messages, or 30MB of data, whichever occurs fi rst.

After these thresholds are met, STK Mobi will not issue refunds or allow transfers of funds, including any unused balance remaining on an account. STK Mobi reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any lawful reason.

Port-Out Policy

If you choose to transfer (port out) your number to another carrier, your STK Mobi account must remain active at the time of the port request.

To maintain and support the porting infrastructure, a $19 service fee will apply if you port out your number within 120 days of the original activation date.

Your service with STK Mobi will automatically terminate once your New Service Provider (NSP) successfully completes the port of your number.

Cancel Services

Customers may cancel their service at any time by contacting customer support. Cancellation will stop future renewals but will not generate refunds for any remaining prepaid service period unless it qualifi es under the 14-day satisfaction guarantee described above.

Returns

We will gladly accept returns for physical products under the following circumstances:

  • Products that are defective due to manufacturing or workmanship defects, within 30 days of purchase
  • Fulfillment errors, including shipment of the incorrect product

Approved returns must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.
